He has held a senior leadership role at IDBI, where he was responsible for overseeing investment banking operations across the entire North Indian region. In this capacity, he managed end-to-end execution of complex transactions, led client relationship management, and directed multi-city teams. His proven capabilities in structuring deals, capital raising, and advisory services underscore his strength in driving successful outcomes in the investment banking space.

Harun Rashid Ansari is a qualified Company Secretary with deep expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and capital and debt markets. He plays a vital role in ensuring that companies meet legal obligations, manage corporate secretarial functions efficiently, and navigate capital market transactions with confidence.

He is also a member of the Institute of Social Auditors and conducts Social Impact Assessment Audits. In addition, he provides legal consultancy to social enterprises, helping them prepare for public listing on BSE and NSE. His work supports these organizations in accessing capital while staying true to their social mission.

Prem is a seasoned finance professional with over 17 years of experience in the US capital markets. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), he has held senior roles at leading global institutions including Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, and LNR, where he specialized in investment banking, structured finance, and market strategy.
