Harun Rashid Ansari is a qualified Company Secretary with deep expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and capital and debt markets. He plays a vital role in ensuring that companies meet legal obligations, manage corporate secretarial functions efficiently, and navigate capital market transactions with confidence.

He is also a member of the Institute of Social Auditors and conducts Social Impact Assessment Audits. In addition, he provides legal consultancy to social enterprises, helping them prepare for public listing on BSE and NSE. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), he has held senior roles at leading global institutions including Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, and LNR, where he specialized in investment banking, structured finance, and market strategy.
